Re 26 Nov. The first reason that physical books will never disappear is the pleasure that authors feel — just as you reported. Because most of us are up to our knees in print, we have forgotten the rush of pleasure when getting a new book as a young reader — the wonderful smell of ink and paper. This second reason stuck way back in our memories will protect print forever.
    Thanks,

BTW, don’t feel too bad about not posting weekly, some of us only get around to reading your blog every other month! Congrats on the kid.

    • Thanks, George. Yep, I always forget about the importance of smell – ink and paper – lingers forever… I would like to blog more than I do. Always waking up with ideas bursting out of me, that have disappeared by the end of the day. Ah well…
